Cooee /ku:'i:/ a shout used in Australia, a means of re-uniting those separated, to help to find or bring somebody home - in this case, to help connect us with the past.
Hills Time Line Project
Along with Adelaide design and brand communication partner Hello Rodeo, Cooee has been appointed by Hills Holdings to develop a display in graphical timeline format across 20 linear metres of foyer wall space in its new head office at Hindmarsh near the Adelaide CBD. The display will incorporate a business history, illustrating Hills’ evolution and industry sector presence and its corporate and business ‘DNA’.
Cooee historians and archivist will work among Hills’ collection of images, business archives and previous publications to provide relevant content to Rodeo with regard to Hills’ evolution from inception in 1946 through to 2012 and the progress of the company from a backyard manufacturer to the diverse business it is today.
